The more that you do to prepare the apartment to a move-in condition, the less time, materials, and labor will be deducted from your security deposit. Please know, and in accordance with our lease, if any of the below elements are not complied with, a minimum charge of $165.00 will be deducted from your security deposit (your total deposit). This is the typical maid service fee for non-contracted, one-time cleaning for an apartment in the Washington, D.C. area.
